We always try to offer a fast and efficient service. We always dispatch all 'in stock' orders within 3 working days (sooner where possible).

  Every order we dispatch is sent either 1st Class Royal Mail or by next day courier service depending on weight. Express Delivery is available at an additional charge. These orders must be recived no later than 12.00 noon, for delivery the next day by 12.30pm.

  Express orders must be received by 12.00pm for delivery the next day before 12.30 pm. Please note that there must be someone to sign for the parcel between 7am and 12.30 pm on the day of delivery. Express orders weighing over 1.6 kilo will be dispatched by United Parcel Systems, all others by Royal Mail. Please note that the Express service is only available to customers on UK mainland and excludes the Scottish Highlands. Please also note that any Express orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday, those placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday.

  Overseas orders are dispatched by Airmail or Courier depending on weight. Delivery will normally take between 5-21 days depending on the country we are sending to. The site will automatically calculate the cost of carriage when you insert the country and also deduct VAT on orders sent outside the EEC. Should you require any further information please do not hesitate to contact us.

  Occasionally we are out of stock of an item ordered. If we are not going to be able to dispatch the item within 3 days we will contact you to advise on the situation. Should you wish to change the order you can do so at that time.

Delivery addresses

  Please take care to ensure you input your delivery address clearly and correctly, as you would have to incur and extra postage charge if we re-send your items as a result of inaccurate address input.

Postage rates - calculate your postage

  Any order worth 70.00 or more, to be sent to an address in the UK, is dispatched absolutely free. This only applies if the total order weight is 25kg or less. On all other orders we operate a system based on the total weight of the parcel. We have a postage calculator which you can use to calculate the cost of shipping goods to your country.

  For orders sent outside the UK prices vary considerably depending on the destination country. As we deduct 17.5% VAT from the goods cost on orders for outside the EEC, we normally find that the total of these orders, including postage, will be about the same as the total cost of the goods with the VAT included. If you compile your order on the web site the postage will be shown when you go to Checkout, if you are not completely satisfied at that stage, you do not have to proceed.

Refunds and Returns

  Here at Pasha Bazaar it is our policy to give 100% satisfaction. We do know, however, that there may be occasions when you wish to return items. Below you will find an outline of our Returns Policy. 28 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE

  If, for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have received, you may return it within 28 days, unopened and in its original condition, to our Freepost address. Upon receipt, we will be happy to give you a full refund for the item. Alternatively you may wish to exchange it for another. Please note that post and packing costs are non-refundable.
